An Audience with Elizabeth I

To mark her ascent to the throne on the seventeenth of November 1558 Living History Hatfield, in conjunction with St Etheldreda's Church, invites you to travel back in time to learn what it was like to be a member of the Tudor Court and to meet the Queen herself. She will give an insight into the thoughts and emotions behind many of the momentous events of her reign. Should you wish you will have the opportunity to put questions to her.

Between them the cast members have over thirty years' experience portraying historic characters at many prestigious venues including all the Historic Royal Palaces.
